Was kann ich damit tun (es entwickeln oder optimieren, welches Potenzial hat es?)?<br \/>\nDie strategische Diagnose antizipiert die grundlegenden Fragen eines jeden \u00dcbernehmers und hilft dem \u00dcbergeber, sein Unternehmen in Bezug auf die Profile der \u00dcbernehmer, die er zuvor mit unserer Unterst\u00fctzung definiert hat, zu positionieren oder sogar neu zu positionieren.<\/p>\n<h2>Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Diagnose des Unternehmens<\/h2>\n<p>Sobald die strategische Diagnose erstellt ist, muss einerseits die wirtschaftliche Lebensf\u00e4higkeit und Attraktivit\u00e4t des Unternehmens nachgewiesen werden und andererseits muss die Finanzkraft des Unternehmens im Hinblick auf seinen Entwicklungsbedarf und die Sicherung seines Fortbestands analysiert werden.<br \/>\nDie wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Diagnose wird es auch erm\u00f6glichen, das \u00dcbernahmepaket f\u00fcr die \u00dcbernahme und die Finanzierung eines Entwicklungsplans zu bestimmen.<\/p>\n<h2>Operative Diagnose des Unternehmens<\/h2>\n<p>Sobald das Unternehmen \u00fcber eine Strategie und angemessene finanzielle Mittel verf\u00fcgt, muss der zuk\u00fcnftige K\u00e4ufer sicherstellen, dass es \u00fcber leistungsf\u00e4hige operative Kapazit\u00e4ten verf\u00fcgt. Er wird je nach Art des Zielunternehmens eine kritische Analyse der betrieblichen Aspekte vornehmen. Beispielsweise wird der kritische Punkt bei einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen das Fachwissen der Mitarbeiter sein, bei einem industriellen KMU die Fabrik, bei einem Vertriebsunternehmen die Logistik, etc.<br \/>\nKMUs haben dar\u00fcber hinaus eine wiederkehrende Schw\u00e4che: die Intuitu-personae des Managers.
