diese Verhandlungsphase f\u00fcr den Unternehmensverkauf relativ lang sein (mehrere Monate), <strong>und es ist f\u00fcr den Verk\u00e4ufer, der sich auf einen solchen Prozess einl\u00e4sst, zwingend erforderlich, in einem Gespr\u00e4chsprotokoll eine Frist f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung der Unternehmens\u00fcbertragung festzulegen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein Unternehmensverkauf oder eine Unternehmens\u00fcbertragung ist per definitionem sowohl f\u00fcr den \u00dcbernehmer als auch f\u00fcr den Verk\u00e4ufer eine riskante Transaktion, und diese Art von Transaktion ist besonders
