Verhandlungsphase f\u00fcr den Unternehmensverkauf relativ lang sein (mehrere Monate), <strong>und es ist f\u00fcr den Verk\u00e4ufer, der sich auf einen solchen Prozess einl\u00e4sst, zwingend erforderlich, in einem Gespr\u00e4chsprotokoll eine Frist f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung der Unternehmens\u00fcbertragung festzulegen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein Unternehmensverkauf oder eine Unternehmens\u00fcbertragung ist per definitionem sowohl f\u00fcr den \u00dcbernehmer als auch f\u00fcr den Verk\u00e4ufer eine riskante Transaktion, und diese Art von Transaktion ist besonders schwierig mit Beteiligten durchzuf\u00fchren, die keine praktische Erfahrung mit solchen Transaktionen haben und sich gegen jedes Risiko absichern wollen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>[av_section
