Actoria intervenes at all stages of the transfer of a company or a development operation:
- Retirement. The entrepreneur has worked all his life in his company and realizes that he no longer has the same energy. This is an opportunity to reflect on one’s own transmission.
- Change of activity. The entrepreneur feels that he has done his job. He may want to recreate a new activity. Or he feels he is not the man of the situation to develop the company, he wants to change regions, countries.
- Problèmes de santé. For some time the health of the entrepreneur has been deteriorating. He has lost his fitness and that is starting to have a negative impact on the way the company operates. He realizes that a choice has to be made.
- Management of the company. The head of the enterprise feels that he no longer has any ideas for the development of the enterprise. He is caught up in everyday life and no longer takes pleasure in the management of the company. He must find an investor partner or give in.
We intervene alongside the leader:
- First, to support him in the definition of his project as a whole with regard to the impact on his business, his private and family life, his taxation, his foresight. It is about supporting them in their analysis of their company’s situation, goals, motivations and needs by prioritizing problems and asking the right questions.
- Then in the definition of the specifications tailor-made and adapted to its objectives both private, as well as strategic, financial, patrimonial and tax.
- Then in the management of the action plan with continuous consideration of the specifications defined at the outset.
A mandate of sale of company or development consulting entrusted to Actoria always in semi-exclusivity or total exclusivity guarantees the implementation of the best specifications and then of an action plan in order to achieve the most personalized objectives, the most intimate of the entrepreneur.
