IRCE takeover: the IRCE launches from November 6, 2018 a new edition of its training course “Taking over a company“. With the support of the PACA Region and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.
This course led in particular by the Cabinet ACTORIA is based on:
-the provision of methodological tools,
-exchanges between project holders,
-a personalized follow-up by specialized consultants.
Intended for any project owner, the “IRCE Takeover” support program allows the future buyer to prepare his project. It helps them to structure their steps, from the feasibility study to the setting up of the project.
The device includes first a 1-day framing seminar, on November 6, 2018, to know the fundamentals of the takeover, This seminar is followed by a modular course of 4 specialized workshops until December 6, 2018. In addition, “focus groups” between buyers are set up to promote the exchange of best practices.
Diagnosing, evaluating the target company, carrying out the legal set-up, building the financial plan, preparing to take over a company… So many steps for which it is crucial to benefit from specific support by experts in transmission/takeover and to have proven tools and methods to make your takeover project a reality.
