A new device for taking over a company
This new business takeover scheme is of direct interest to anyone wishing to sell their business.

Conditions of application
Shares of companies not listed on a regulated market (SA, SAS, SCA) and shares of SARLs subject to corporate income tax can be the subject of such a contract.
As regards the quality of the contracting parties, the lessor may be a natural person or a legal entity. There is no requirement as to the length of time the shares have been owned.
On the other hand, the lessee can only be a natural person.
This new technique will therefore be of interest to any SME buyer wishing to take over a company gradually and under the best conditions.
