The training modules

Actoria Europe Middle East & Africa organizes several times a year some seminars dedicated to the transmission of business.

4 training modules are proposed:

– Tax optimization of the transfer of your company
– How to take over the family business
– How to find and take over a company.
A documentation is given to each participant.

Information about the seminars

– Dates : half days
– Number of participants: about 10 people

During these half-day training-actions, one or several experts of Actoria SA will give you the keys to the success of the transmission, transfer or takeover of a business.

At the end of the presentation, after a Q&A session, the participants have the possibility to discuss in private with the facilitator for more precise questions.
