All Actoria International consultants acknowledge their obligation to provide means in the best interest of their client.
All Actoria International consultants undertake to do everything possible to have the necessary resources for the proper execution of their mission and profession.
Among other things, they must be able to:
• Provide a workspace allowing for the exercise of their profession under suitable conditions, guaranteeing the discretion of the interviews they may have with their clients.
• Ensure relevant and secure storage of information.
Privacy
All Actoria International consultants commit to respecting confidentiality and refraining from using the confidential information in their possession for private purposes.
Any member bound by professional secrecy undertakes to derogate from this rule only at the request of the supervisory authorities or the courts.
In addition, they commit to implementing the necessary organizational measures to prevent the circulation of confidential information outside their establishment.
Interprofessionalism
Any Actoria International consultant commits to developing the interprofessional relations necessary for the proper performance of the missions entrusted to them.
Any mission handled within the framework of interprofessionalism must be done in compliance with this code.
Fight Against Money Laundering and Terrorism
All Actoria International employees must stay up to date with the legal rules and procedures in force in the fight against money laundering and terrorism.
They must comply with the said legal rules and procedures, and also report to the Public Regulation Authorities any transaction or situation of which they become aware that could raise suspicions of money laundering or terrorist financing.
