Actoria accompanies the sale of Easysolutions
ACTORIA supported the director Philippe Raynaud of the Easy Solutions Group in his search for buyers in Europe and in preparing the sale of the group.
Easy Solutions is a software publisher for the real estate sector created in 2004 located on the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, present in Belgium and France. Its turnover is 1.3 million euros in 2015.
The preparation of the transfer was carried out in the first quarter of 2016, and the final sale was concluded in June 2016. The GERCOP group represented by its Chairman Mr. Bigand Jacques, acquired the Easy Solutions Group.
