ONDES is an IT services company, specialized in outsourcing, hosting, and infrastructure maintenance (networks, telephony, remote backup). Based in Marseille, it serves companies, international organizations, and local authorities, including several institutional references: ITER (nuclear research program), ADIL (Departmental Agency for Housing Information) of the Bouches du Rhône, World Trade Center, and more.

For over 20 years, the CYBERMANIA Group has been developing IT solutions (IT infrastructure, outsourcing, maintenance, etc.) and printing solutions (office automation, electronic document management, etc.) in the PACA region. With teams based in Marseille and Sophia Antipolis, it serves a clientele of companies and local authorities: in total more than 500 customers in multiple sectors such as finance (Swiss Life Reim, etc.), education (Wall Street English, etc.), real estate (Groupe IPF, etc.), health, or specialized distribution (Olly Gan, Cuisines Schmidt, etc.).

The company ONDES, created in 2002, was sold in June 2017 by its founder Mr. Romain Giraud to the CYBERMANIA Group, headed by Mr. Vincent Simon. The complementary nature of the clients and the strengthening of the CYBERMANIA Group in the fields of outsourcing and telecom and IT infrastructures were the main synergy drivers of this operation. After this acquisition, the CYBERMANIA Group has a consolidated turnover of more than 5.2M€, and is positioned as a key player in its field in the PACA region.
