Press release: Actoria supports the sale of GOECO

May 25, 2016,

ACTORIA supported the management of GOECO in its search for buyers and in the preparation of the sale of the group.

GOECO, a company specialized in under-slab insulation, is based in Alsace. Founded in 2011, its business has been growing strongly.

The preparation of the transfer was carried out in 2013 and the final sale was concluded in April 2016. GOECO was acquired by a major player in real estate development based in eastern France and wishing to achieve a vertical integration allowing it to control its costs.
