Press release: Actoria supports the sale of SBM – Rolling Box
Actoria accompanies the sale of SBM – Rolling Box by advising the managers, Mrs. Virginie Faivet and Mr. Anthony Guedj of SBM – Rolling Box Sarl, in their search for buyers in Europe, and in the preparation of the sale of the group.
- Rolling Box is an agency specialized in digital communication located in Versailles (78). Its turnover is 700 000 euros. The company was created in 2006.
- Awarded company in 2009: winner of the innovative company competition in the Yvelines department and internationally (prize awarded by the Young Economic Chamber).
The preparation of the transfer was carried out in the second half of 2015, and the final sale was concluded in June 2016. The Voxis group represented by Pascal Hebert was the buyer.
