The IRCE is hosting two new seminars titled “Objective: Business Valuation” on December 8, 2016, and January 12, 2017, with the support of the PACA Region and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.
The program, led by ACTORIA, is designed to assist managers in preparing for the sale or transfer of their businesses.
Following the success of the initial iterations since 2005, which have assisted in about a hundred business transfers within the region, the IRCE, an organization managed by business leaders, is reintroducing this initiative. This program offers brief, practical support to answer key questions, all while maintaining complete confidentiality:
- How can I enhance the value of my company?
- Which asset and tax strategies should I select?
- How can I prepare my transition project and create an action plan?
Two workshops are conducted by consultants specializing in business valuation and transition, covering the following topics:
- How to diagnose and evaluate your company?
- Tax implications of the transition and the legal setup.
Participants can avail of individualized support within their company to develop an operational diagnosis and a company valuation plan with the assistance of specialized consultants. Furthermore, a 6-month and 12-month follow-up can be arranged to monitor the company’s valuation plan.
