TECHNO is a Monegasque limited company specializing in climatic engineering and technical installations: heating, air conditioning, solar energy, plumbing. The company operates on construction and renovation sites and has developed a portfolio of maintenance contracts in Monaco and the Alpes-Maritimes. Capitalizing on a brand name that has been recognized for over 40 years, the company works for public clients (Public Works and Monegasque State Buildings, Hospital Center), private clients (distribution groups, residences and condominiums, tertiary buildings), and as a subcontractor for large construction and development groups.

With a turnover of more than 3M€ in 2015 and about twenty qualified people, TECHNO is structured with its own design office and its maintenance and works teams to intervene on the most demanding projects. It has numerous references on prestigious sites in Monaco and its region: scientific and technical sites, port structures and high-end hotels, luxury residences.

ACTORIA supported its shareholder-managers Mr. Jean Martin and Mrs. Marion Martin in the preparation of the sale of their company, the search for buyers and the negotiations until the takeover of the company, within the framework of their retirement. TECHNO was taken over by a group of investors led by experienced managers from the company’s sector of activity.
