“Acquiring a Business”: The IRCE is launching a new edition of its training course starting from October 24, 2017, with the support of the PACA Region and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.
This course, led by the Cabinet ACTORIA, focuses on:
– Providing methodological tools
– Facilitating exchanges among project holders
– Offering personalized guidance from specialized consultants.
Intended for individuals with a business acquisition project, the “Acquiring a Company” course enables prospective buyers to prepare their projects by structuring their steps, from feasibility studies to project implementation. The program begins with a one-day seminar on October 24, covering the fundamentals of acquisitions, followed by a series of five specialized workshops from November 14 to December 5, 2017.
Diagnosing the target company, evaluating its value, establishing legal structures, developing financial plans, and preparing for the business takeover are all critical steps that require the specific support of transmission/takeover experts. It is essential to have access to tools and proven methods to transform your acquisition project into a reality.
About the IRCE:
