ACTORIA ACCOMPANIES THE SALE OF FESIP
ACTORIA assisted the director of FESIP in his search for buyers and in preparing the sale of the group.
FESIP, a training organization for fire safety companies, is based in Alsace. Created in 2007, its turnover is about 350 000 euros.
Preparation for the transfer was carried out in 2013 and early 2014, and the final sale was concluded in April 2014. FESIP was acquired by a training organization based in western France.
