ACTORIA Hosts the “Objective Valuation” Course by the IRCE
“Objective Valuation” is a course offered by the IRCE to assist business leaders with their company transition projects. The course aims to help managers:
- Calculate the value of their company
- Define asset and tax strategies
- Develop an action plan for the transition project
- Ensure a successful handover to the new owner
The course includes two workshops led by consultants specializing in business valuation and transition:
- How to diagnose and evaluate your company?
- Understanding the taxation and legal aspects of a transition.
These workshops include:
- Individualized support within the company to create an operational diagnosis and a valuation plan for the company, aided by specialized consultants
- Project follow-up at 6 and 12 months to track the company’s valuation plan
The “Objective Valuation” program is financially supported by the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region and the Nice-Côte d’Azur Metropolis, to help business owners prepare for the sale or transition of their company.
The next sessions will be held on September 20 and 27, 2017 (8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
