Actoria animates the trainings " Taking over a company" of the IRCE

“Taking over a business in the Alpes-Maritimes”: the IRCE launches from November 4, 2016, a new edition of its training course , with the support of the PACA Region and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis.
This course, facilitated by the Cabinet ACTORIA, focuses on:
- Providing methodological tools
- Encouraging exchanges among project leaders
- Offering personalized guidance from specialized consultants.
Designed for individuals with a business acquisition project, the “Acquiring a Company in the Alpes-Maritimes” course helps prospective buyers prepare their projects by structuring their steps, from feasibility studies to project implementation. The program begins with a one-day seminar on November 4 to cover the fundamental aspects of acquisitions, followed by a series of five specialized workshops from November 16 to December 14, 2016.
Diagnosing the target company, evaluating its value, establishing legal structures, developing financial plans, and preparing for the business takeover are all critical steps that require the specific support of transmission/takeover experts. Access to proven tools and methods is essential to transform acquisition projects into reality.
