The “Nocturne de la Transmission” is a business meeting that aims to facilitate the transfer of companies in the Marseille Provence area by bringing together sellers and buyers directly, so that they engage in pre-negotiations. These audiences also have the opportunity to meet experts in the transfer / takeover.

For sellers: you will be able to meet potential buyers, previously targeted, and exchange with experts.
For Buyers: you will be put in contact with sellers in the region who have been previously targeted according to defined criteria (geographical location, business sector, effective transfer price) and experts specializing in business takeovers to guide and support you during your takeover.
