1 – WHAT IS THE COMPANY’S PROFILE?
ACTORIA INTERNATIONAL is an international consulting group specializing in business transfers and business acquisition consulting. The group is present in 7 countries (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Great Britain) and has about twenty consultants who are experts in this activity, particularly oriented towards SMEs.
ACTORIA specializes in three areas:
– The sale of companies where we advise managers to sell their company in the most efficient way possible by accurately assessing their economic and financial value.
– Company takeovers, where we assist groups or investment funds wishing to find external growth opportunities.
– Fundraising, where we guide company managers towards the best financing opportunities. With Actoria, we have a large portfolio of financial investors looking for return opportunities in development projects.
2 – WHAT IS ITS ADDED VALUE?
Actoria’s team of consultants has a very strong expertise in a strategic field and follows a precise code of ethics in its approach to assisting business leaders. The processes in which we are involved with investors or company managers require us to work over the long term, giving priority to the long-term satisfaction of our clients rather than the mirage of a financial coup without a tomorrow. We work in an environment where trust is essential and we benefit from a strong recognition from our clients and partners. I would like to add that the development of Actoria over the last few years has allowed us to cover a large number of territories, which allows us to be easily informed of opportunities for the transfer or takeover of companies. We want to be a reference in this very specialized field. This is why we have taken particular care with our website, which provides company managers with a wealth of information on all the issues that concern them. They can regularly find information and studies on current issues that concern them on our blog. This desire for expertise also leads us to work well with the economic press, which finds a lot of relevant information on the business transfer market. We have also been interviewed several times by the BFM business channel, which is a recognition of our expertise.
3 – WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR THE COMING MONTHS AND WILL YOU BE RECRUITING?
The first six months of 2016 show in the continuation of 2015 an increase in volume and value of transactions of business sales and takeovers. We therefore continue to develop our firm locally and we expect to recruit in 2017 in our region.
4 – WHAT IS YOUR PRIORITY AT THE MOMENT?
To complete our global organization and to strengthen ourselves in certain regions and internationally. And of course to accompany every day the clients who trust us with their projects.
5 – IN NOVEMBER 2016, THE CONSULAR ELECTIONS WILL BE HELD, WILL YOU VOTE AND WHY?
The Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry trusts us by inviting us to events where we inform business leaders of the difficulties of the processes in which they are involved, whether it is a transfer, takeover, creation or fundraising. It is therefore logical that we are involved in an election for an organization whose mission is to work for the life of companies.
