ACTORIA leads the course “Objectif Valorisation” of the IRCE
“Objectif Valorisation” is a course of the IRCE to accompany the leaders in their project of transmission of company. The objectives for the manager are to:
- Calculate the value of his company
- Define the patrimonial and fiscal orientations
- To elaborate the action plan of the transmission project
- Succeed in the handover with the new owner
The course consists of 2 workshops led by consultants specialized in business valuation and transfer:
- How to diagnose and evaluate your company?
- Tax aspects of the transfer and legal arrangements.
These workshops are followed by:
- An individual accompaniment in the company to elaborate the operational diagnosis and the valuation plan of the company with the support of specialized consultants
- A follow-up of the project at 6 months and 12 months to follow up on the valuation plan of the company
The “Objectif Valorisation” scheme is financially supported by the Provence- Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, to help business owners prepare for the sale or transmission of their company.
