Actoria supports the sale of MAA-OUI
ACTORIA assisted the manager of the eponymous company Maa-Oui, Mrs. Samira Maa-Oui, in the search for buyers in Europe and in the preparation of the sale of the group.
Maa-Oui is a communication by object agency on the territory of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. Its turnover is 1.2 million euros. Created in 2005, the Group has been growing ever since.
The preparation of the transfer was carried out in the first quarter of 2015, and the final sale was concluded in June 2016. The transaction was carried out by Mr. Jean-François Orban.
