ACTORIA supports the sale of FRENDO

FRENDO is a company that designs and distributes sports and leisure items for the mountain and outdoor world: lighting, climbing, sleds, luggage, hiking, bivouac. With €3.4 million in sales in 2014, it is the leading company in its sector on the French Riviera. Founded nearly 70 years ago by a legendary mountaineer, FRENDO is now based in Menton, in the Alpes-Maritimes. The company distributes its products to 800 points of sale, mainly specialized stores, including the largest sports and leisure brands in France.

ACTORIA supported its shareholder-manager Mr. Luc Hostein in the preparation, search for buyers and negotiation process until the company was taken over by an individual buyer in December 2015.
