However, the CCI has noticed that after transfers, firms record an increase in activity of 53% in the first 3 years.

The CCI encourages business transfers
70% of transfers are due to retirement. Of all the registrations at the Chamber of Trades, only 8% concern takeovers. Some local authorities are taking up the phenomenon. For example, Initiative Alpes de Haute-Provence, a platform that helps create and take over businesses, which provides honor loans and support for the project.
